以下の利用規約 (以下「本規約」) は、Lovy (以下「本サービス」) の 利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に 同意したものとみなされます。

1. アカウント

本サービスを利用するためにはアカウントの作成が必要です。アカウント情報の 管理はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。13 歳未満の方は本サービスを ご利用いただけません。

2. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 他のユーザーへの誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ・個人情報の暴露
• 虚偽または誤解を招く情報の投稿
• 本サービスの正常な動作を妨げる行為 (スクレイピング、不正アクセス等)
• 商用目的での無断利用 (運営による承諾なき広告・宣伝行為)
• 他者の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• 違法・有害なコンテンツ (児童ポルノ、暴力・差別を助長する表現等) または他者の権利を侵害する写真の投稿

3. コンテンツの権利

ユーザーが本サービスに投稿した評価・コメント・場所情報・写真の著作権は 投稿者本人に帰属します。ただし、本サービスの提供・改善・宣伝のために 必要な範囲で、運営者がこれらを利用できるものとします。

4. ユーザー投稿コンテンツと通報

本サービスでは、ユーザーが評価・コメント・写真等を投稿できます。投稿者は 自身の投稿について全責任を負います。投稿者は自身の投稿をいつでも削除できます。

違法または有害な投稿を発見した場合は、以下まで通報してください。確認後、 原則 24 時間以内に必要な対応 (削除、投稿者へのアカウント警告・停止等) を行います。 report@lovy.app

5. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、事前の通知をもって本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を 終了することがあります。これによりユーザーに損害が生じた場合でも、 運営者は責任を負いません。

6. 免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」 で提供されます。本サービスに含まれる情報の 正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性については、運営者は明示・黙示を 問わずいかなる保証も行いません。

7. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern your use of Lovy. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Accounts

You need an account to use Lovy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Users under 13 may not use the service.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity or violations of public order.
• Harassment, defamation, or doxxing of other users.
• Misleading or knowingly false content.
• Interfering with service operation (scraping, intrusion, etc.).
• Unauthorized commercial use.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
• Uploading illegal/harmful imagery (CSAM, content promoting violence or discrimination, etc.) or photos that infringe on others' rights.

3. Content rights

You retain copyright in the ratings, comments, place data, and photos you contribute. You grant Lovy a license to use, display, and improve the service using your content for product purposes.

4. User-generated content and reporting

Lovy lets you post ratings, comments, and photos. You are responsible for your own posts and may delete your own posts at any time.

To report illegal or harmful posts, email report@lovy.app. We aim to take appropriate action (removal, warning the poster, suspending accounts) within 24 hours of confirmation.

5. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for resulting losses.

6. Disclaimer

Lovy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
